The basic minimum services provided by BGS as part of membership of the research consortium comprise of the following:-
- A full, unrestricted (non-demonstration), working version of the GSI3D software;
- Free software updates if and when available during your membership subscription period;
- Access to an online User Manual;
- Access to any additional documentation (including FAQs), some of which shall be made available via this website, www.gsi3d.org.uk;
- Software license in the form of an activation code, file or password, to be changed from time to time;
- Access to an e-mail Helpdesk operated by BGS, any queries to which BGS will normally undertake to provide a response via e-mail within 5 working days; and
- Opportunities to trial pre-release Beta versions of the software and documentation in advance of an anticipated full release.
The services do not include:-
- The provision of training or training material (for details on training options please see the training page);
- Consultancy; and
- Customisation of any aspect of the Service.
